+ ser el autor de la fotografía propuesta y poseer los derechos de uso de la misma

+ tener la autorización de las personas que aparecen en la fotografía propuesta, si fuera el caso

+ enviar una imagen (formato .jpg) de 2 MB máximo e idealmente de 800 pixeles para el lado más pequeño

+ no se aceptan fotomontajes ni manipulación digital importante ni dibujo o pintura

+ no se puede responder al propio eco y se debe respetar la cantidad de ecos permitidos por persona según cada generación (el número de ecos está indicado al inicio de cada generación)

+ todas las fotos injustificadamente obscenas, degradantes, violentas, etc. serán eliminadas

+ la puesta en línea de los ecos fotográficos se realiza en tiempo real. No se podrá completar ninguna generación fuera del plazo previsto en la planificación inversa.

_CONDICIONES DE USO

Recordatorio preliminar: Objectif3280 no es un concurso. Es un proyecto artístico colaborativo, único en su género, abierto a todos, organizado por Lou Camino y Coralie Vincent.

Al participar acepto que mi fotografía sea utilizada como parte del proyecto colaborativo Objectif3280, en el sitio web www.loucamino.com, así como en los posibles eventos posteriores que podrían derivarse del mismo para presentarla a un público amplio, como por ejemplo una exposición, un libro (electrónico y/o impreso), un montaje de video, un póster, etc.

Sigo siendo propietario de mi fotografía, cuyos derechos de uso cedo sin compensación financiera a las organizadoras como parte del proyecto Objectif3280 por un periodo de 3 años.

Las organizadoras se comprometen a no utilizar mi imagen fuera del contexto de Objectif3280 sin mi autorización por escrito.

Estoy inscrito(a) por defecto en la lista de correo electrónico de los participantes de Objectif3280, la cual es utilizada básicamente mientras dura el proyecto y está destinada a informarme de las inauguraciones de las generaciones, las posibles reuniones, entre otros. Puedo retirarme de la lista de correo electrónico en cualquier momento haciendo clic en el enlace «unsuscribe» en la parte inferior de los mensajes de correo electrónico.

  • you participate to an edition of Objectif3280 through the form by which you can post your photograph. The data you voluntarily provide us includes your name (or nickname), email address, website (if you mention it), city and/or country of residence, as well as photographs posted as part of the artistic project Objectif3280 (photograph, title, legend, location, keywords…).

Use of information
All the information you provide us with is used:

  • exclusively as part of your participation in the Objectif3280 photographic project
  • to contact you by email.

Confidentiality
We use the email address you provide to send you information about the current edition of Objectif3280 and to inform you about future editions.

Access, corrections and deletion of your information

This unsubscription is in no way accompanied by the removal of your photographs, due to the very nature of the Objectif3280 project. All the photographs posted are linked to each other by associations of ideas, and cannot in fact be separated from the overall project.
